Search Assessment Options

In today’s business environment, companies rely on a variety of solutions to meet their organization’s objectives. Javery International offers unique search options that can be tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Retainer/Executive Search

The retainer option is best used when a position must be filled within a specific time frame. Utilizing the retainer option is powerful talent management solution that allows us to guarantee our ability to deliver and has many valuable benefits to the client. The client generally pays one-third of the fee of commencement, and the balance upon the successful placement of the candidate. In the event that a Javery placed candidate resigns or has their employment terminated within their first year, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If we are unable to place a suitable candidate or the client decides to fill the position on his or her own, we will hold the initial fee as a future credit, for up to three years, which can be applied to another search.

Contingency Search

Contingent searches only collect a fee if a suitable candidate is placed. This type of search can attract several qualified candidates for the client’s evaluation. We offer a three month guarantee of replacement at no additional cost to the client.

Contract staffing focuses on helping clients fill interim requirements in specialized disciplines as diverse as the Health Care, Life Sciences, Technology, Industrial, Consumer and Finance Industries.
