Sean Gustavson is a Partner at Javery International where he leads the Global Heath Care and Life Sciences Practice groups. He specializes in executive search for roles in the broad sector and senior appointments across all market sectors. His clients include privately held emerging growth companies, as well as global multinational corporations. He has specific expertise in the medical device and diagnostics, life science tools, pharmaceutical and biotechnology segments.

His reputation for being a quick study is known throughout the industry. His repeat business from clients and high referral rates have established him as a results driven leader within a very competitive industry. Sean goes to great lengths to connect to his client’s vision as well as their culture in order to forge long lasting partnerships. Having an excellent network in the Healthcare and Life Science communities, he has developed relationships with many leading professionals within their respective industries.

Sean brings with him more than 14 years of international search experience and over 200 successful placements across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Javery International, he was an owner/ partner at another mid sized executive search firm. In addition, Sean’s industry experience includes working as a Regional Vice President of Medical Device sales. Early in his career, Sean worked in recruiting for the accounting and finance industries where he was honored with the Rookie of the Year award.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, and is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter.
